Oven Roasted Garlic and Garlic Bread

Hey Dolls!
I thought I'd share my mouth watering appetizer with you all! It's oven roasted garlic with homemade garlic bread. Its absolutely delish!

Ingredients:
- 1 head of elephant garlic
- Olive Oil
- Rock Salt
- Crushed Ground Pepper
- French Bread
- Garlic Salt
- Mixed Spices
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Foil Paper

Preparation for Oven Roasted Garlic:
1. Preheat oven at 425'.
2. Peel garlic cloves (but keep it connected to the steam)
3. Cut off about a centimeter of the top of each garlic clove. And cut an 'X' into the top of each clove
4. Make a bowl type shape with foil paper around the head of the garlic.
5. Drizzle the head of garlic with olive oil. Sprinkle Salt and crushed pepper on top.
6. Seal the head of garlic within the foil paper and punch holes into the top with a fork. (It needs to be able to let some steam out)
7. Bake for 45 minutes
8. Take it out and smash it up with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pinch of garlic powder (It brings out the taste more)

Preparation for Garlic Bread:
1. Slice a fresh loaf of french bread into 4 inch squares
2. Place them onto a cookie sheet
3. Spread olive oil, garlic powder then mixed spices and then garlic salt above
4. Bake for 5 minutes at 425' (You just want it warm and a bit toasty)
5. Place the oven roasted garlic on top of the garlic bread and enjoy!

I'm sure you've already heard, but incase you have not; KIM KARDASHIAN IS ENGAGED!!! Her soon-to-be husband is absolutely gorge!!! I'm so happy/excited for her. We have all seen her love troubles unveil in front of our eyes. Im happy that she finally got to find true love! It is the best when it's finally discovered who your special person-- 'the one' is.

Memorial Day Drink

Citrus Sunset

Ingredients:

- Smirnoff Citrus Flavored Vodka (1 oz)

- Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut (0.5 oz)

- Cranberry Juice (2 oz)

- Pineapple Juice (2 oz)

- Lime Wedge (1)

Preparation: 

1. Fill a tall glass with Ice.

2. Add the Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, Cranberry and Pineapple Juices.

3. Stir well.

4. Garnish with a lime wedge and ENJOY!

Congrats Baby Bro!!!

Hey Everyone!!!

Today is my baby brother, Mattys High School Graduation!!! For the past week or so I have been sneaking around to get the absolute perfect grad gifts for him. He is very observant so trying to find hiding places has been a mission and a half!!!

The only other problem that I face these past few days, is the moment I purchase and wrap a gift I want to give it to the receiver immediately!!! I CANNOT WAIT FOR HIM TO OPEN HIS GIFTS!!!!

Hey Fashionistas!
I am absolutely obsessed with Starbucks coffee. But sometimes I get too lazy to go out and get some. So I'll share a little secret with you all, I got the Starbucks recipe!!! So now you can make it on your own at home and not have to spend $5 every visit!

Ingredients:
- Espresso
- Skim Milk
- Vanilla Syrup
- Caramel Drizzle

For a Grande Sized Coffee
Preparation:
1. Put 3 Pumps of Vanilla Syrup to the Coffee Mug.
2. Add Steamed Milk.
3. Add 2 Shots of Espresso.
4. Finish Off with a Criss-Cross Pattern of Caramel Drizzle.
5. and, ENJOY!!!

Refreshing Tastes

I tried out a new drink concoction, that is absolutely amazing!!! Its sooo refreshing and delish. Its called Cranberry Malibu Splash!

Ingredients:
Malibu
Sprite
Cranberry Juice
Lime
Ice

Preparation:
1. Add one part Malibu, two parts Cranberry Juice and one part sprite to a tall glass with ice.
2. Add fresh lime slice to the mixed concoction.
3. And ENJOY!!!
